  • Who will be inputting information/amounts in the computer for those who did not use the online forms or register correctly?
  • Is there a need for snacks/beverages for sale or given out?
  • Do you need a microphone at the event?
  • Is someone ready to take photos and/or post on social media about the event?

Set up: How do you need/want your school set up for the event. Do you need volunteers to set up?
